I have not made a final decision on wether or not i should invest a lot of money (thousands) into real estate classes or a so called boot camp that is supposed teach me how to use others peoples money (opm) to buy properties pennies on the dollar through tax certificate sales and then flip that for a chance to make astronomical profits. It sounds like an excellent return on investment and they make it sound simple. if you have any experience in this field I would love to hear from you before I maybe made this huge investment with other peoples money of course LOL. As of right now Im excited and scared at the same time because i have no experience at all in the real estate market and dont really Know the possibility of making a huge profit in 30 to 90 days like they forcasted to even pay back the thousands of dollars the sessions would cost. did i mention i found out about this on a late night tv program yeah Im was pretty desperate LOL
