Any Experience Using For Sale By Owner On MLS service?

When the time comes to sell by condo in the next 3 to 6 months or so I am considering using for sale by owner on MLS. More details on this service is located at http://www.massforsalebyowner.com/... . If I use this service I would definately consider compensating a buyer's broker which a 2 to 2 1/2 % commission. What has your experiences been with for sale by owner services? Are they worth it?
