A question for Real Estae Agents!!?

I'm sending out some info. to FSBO. I went to some website to get there address. Some of the listings said ';No agents, please!'; undeneath the telephone number. Is this something that I should take seriously?? I'm not calling them, just sending them some stuff. Will I get in trouble?? I'm new so I need some help with this :)
