A Mortgage Question?

I would like to refinance my home loan. Does anyone know of a company that would be willing to waive the refinancing charges? I feel that if a mortgage company is going to make me pay for a loan over the course of 30 to 40 years with all the interest built in-they should at least not charge for me to assume the loan.
